      12/19/23 I purchased a lifetime subscription to elite business consulting LLC to protect my laptop from any kind of virus, firewall installed etc as he told me. It will protect my Laptop from EVERYTHING FOR MY LIFETIME. . just like the other complaint that was filed. Now they are going back on what they said when I bought this package and some things arent covered. But my price was $1000. Not $450 like the other guy that filed complaint. I thought it a good price because they said it will transfer to new computers for my lifetime. And I dont need Norton or trend micro or any virus protection. They constantly call and say they cant update the software and need to take control of my computer and magically everytime they look at my computer they say something is wrong and they need to fix it. First time it happened I told them I had a lifetime package and they forgot after they tried charging me again. This time I had a Trojan virus and they tried charging me to remove it saying my package didnt include Trojans. My trend micro scan says I dont have a Trojan. I found this company when looking for support for HP printer. They are claiming to be ** support. Then on their receipt of purchase their disclaimer is they are independent and do not represent any brand. They are scammers. They constantly call like 10 times in 1 minute. When I dont answer they just keep calling. In the beginning when I would answer, something was always wrong with my computer Absolutely scam. They need to be stopped. When you look up elite business LLC based out of Wa. It comes up to website in ********.

      July 19, 2023, Paid $450.00 I looked on the web to get help from H/P. The site came up with someone to chat with. I told my problem. She had someone call me. I was told I had a virus & needed a firewall. They showed me a screen with my 'problem'. I paid money for an unlimited firewall. I was skeptical & took my laptop to a professional who said nothing was installed on my ************ had ****** so didn't need firewall. When I called Elite I was told I could get a refund in 3-6 months. I called them in 3 months with no resolution. I just called again today (6 months) and was told they would get back to me tomorrow (which I had been told before). I have a contract that says I can get a refund minus a service fee - but I feel like I should get the entire amount because I did not get the 'firewall' installed, therefore did not use it. I even bought a new laptop and changed my passwords so that they would not have access to anything of mine. They have not charged anything else to my credit card.I'm tired of the run-around I have gotten from ***, the person I have spoken to since the beginning. I am also upset that it came up as an H/P website - which in looking at it again, I could tell that it was not actually an H/P site.
