      Received service on 12/12/17 from **** Daniel M.D., I paid total of $143.63 on 9/19/2019, it was paid directly from HSA account, there is an electronic record of payment which I attached. Payment cleared. No other bills received for 3 1/2 years until 1/31/2023 when I received another bill for same service that was already paid. I called the company on 1/31/2023 and they say they can't find payment and I owe them money despite the reference numbers and electronic proof of payment I provided them, and them admitting it was odd to get a bill over 5 years after service. All I'm looking for is for this company to cancel this bill as it's already been paid, and I provided proof to them.       I am rejecting this response because: After receiving this BBB message, I called the billing company (*********************) today on March 15, 2023 and they said I still owe the bill of $142.33, this matter is clearly not resolved. I have provided them proof that my HSA sent them a check for the full amount due and that it cleared, and the attached letter from ****************** stating it was paid. Thankfully I use my health savings account to send payment for all my medical bills so I have an electronic record. I will try in attorney generals complaint next.

      Reference complaint ********, business called ******************* the horrible billing company they use, and fixed it. I confirmed with the billing company this matter is resolved. Staff at the clinic is great, but I wont be back until they switch the billing provider they use. 

      Thanks BBB, I wouldnt have gotten any traction to resolve this without you.
