    Appliance guys located at ********************************************** told me something was in stock and it actually was not. After waiting multiple days i called and was told the item was on back order with no ETA. This unit was for a new tenant and now they are extremely upset due to the inconvience caused. We now have to cancel the order and purchase a new unit. The company will only offer us a full refund and no concession.

    Hello,

    Greetings.

    The Washer and Dryer combo product that was ordered, could not be fulfilled as it was discontinued according to the warehouse team.
    We were sorry about this and informed the customer about the scenario and also suggested some other alternate options.


    The customer did not want to proceed with other options. So as per the process, we had to issue a full refund to the customer.
    We did offer some discount on the new purchase but the customer asked for some extra compensation and unfortunately, we did not have that option.
    Finally, it was decided to cancel the order, and a full refund was issued.

    Ordered outdoor fridge. Fridge was delivered damaged. Getting in contact with this business is really difficult, resolution to problem almost impossible. you can call the number ************** and no one will answer. Calls not returned, emails go unanswered. I provided all the documentation required, still no resolution.
