I was going to join this with a friend who was about to have surgery after returning from a trip. I purchased the buy one get one annual plan with a 30 day guarantee. While my friend was still on vacation I tried out several classes in a lot of different genres and didn't enjoy them so told her I was going to cancel the subscription. She hadn't used it yet because she was on vacation. I emailed Masterclass to request a refund and they refused saying my friend already used the program which she hadn't. They kept sending automated reply emails with a 1-2 day delay over the course of 3+ weeks. So now we never accessed the program as we wanted to return it and she is fully recovered from surgery and no longer has time for it. This has been a nightmare experience trying to deal with automated email replies and refusing to stand by their guarantee. I expected better from a company of this size and longevity.

******************* from **********************, this person or bot keeps sending the same complaint reviews and now I have multiple neg reviews from the same person on my business name. (1st) ******************* is complaining about something my business does not support to our clients. (2nd) MasterClass Audio Video, LLC is a home electronics business that only provides business in the **************** market only. (3rd) I have reached out to BBB over e-mail two other times regarding these complaints receiving e-mail from BBB saying that complaint have been resolved and no further action is required. (4th) with further review of my BBB site, in fact the complaints from this person or bot have not been taken care of after multiple attempts to clarify, notifying BBB that these complaints are not related to my business MasterClass Audio Video, LLC. If this not something that is easily fixed, I would like to opt out of your service.
