    I brought my car to Meineke in *******, ** because it was having rattling sounds when driving over bumps. After they inspect my car, an employee named **** tells me that the issue is I need to replace both of the upper control arms. I agree for the repairs to be done and leave my car there. Later that afternoon I receive a call from **** that the job was done. So I pay the bill and drive my car about half a mile when in I notice that the rattling sound is still there. I drive my car back to the shop to tell them that that it was still rattling. They then proceed to inspect my car again, and **** tells me that I need to replace the 2 front strut mounts. I agree to have them replace the strut mounts and leave my car with them the next morning. In the afternoon I receive a call from **** and he tells me that he ordered 3 different strut mounts from 3 different suppliers and none of them fit my car. He proceeds to tell me that they even tried to "***** rig" one of the mounts onto one of my struts and was unsuccessful. That immediately made me nervous as to why they would do such a thing. **** then tells me that I need to find the strut mounts myself, as they've exhausted all their resources, and that I could pick up my car. When I arrive at the shop, the mechanics are still working on my car, but now they are trying to get my air suspension to rise properly. I continue to wait 15 minutes past their closing time and **** finally tells me that they can't figure it out and that I should bring my car back in the next day. So the next morning I take my car to the shop expecting them to fix the air suspension problem that they had caused, and the owner ****, with an angry demeanor, tells me that they didn't cause the issue and they were not going to try to fix it without me paying for it. So I take my car to have it inspected at another shop and they tell me that whoever worked on my car had broken my strut. I also find out that you cannot just replace the mount on my strut.
