    Interior of Edmonds (Working with Nan) basically has not followed up properly to an order of 5 wall sconces that was placed on July 26, 2021 and my credit card was charged $4,594.90 without an official receipt from the company. Initially there was a promise date within approximately 8 weeks. When the scones never arrived I had to call her for an update. I have never received a call from *** or a company employee to give me an update over the last year and a half. I always had to call her and leave a message (which she never returned my call) or she answered and always sounded unprepared to give me an honest clear answer...it was always, "I'll call you back" and never received the call back. Most recently I spoke with her (she answered the call) and said she would refund my account as per my request and no refund. On Dec. 2 I left a msg about the refund and no return call. It's scary to think that I paid all this money and if I did not pursue the refund request, she/or this company would not refund me the money. I want to clarify that I gave *** many opportunities to deliver (that is why this issue is unresolved beyond a year) on the wall light fixtures with many, many calls (from me) and promises, but no success. Also, this company never gave me an official receipt for the 5 beautiful glass wall sconces and has my money...is is very dishonest.
