    I was approached by **** about helping me with my personal and business credit that he said that he would remove all negative remarks and also had a trade line to my credit report. I sent him $2,000 and non of this happened.I reached out to **** several times through e-mail, phone calls and text and he kept saying of it will happen next week or it takes time for this to be changed on your credit report. After 2 months of asking I said something isn't right here because a tradeline doesn't take this long.I heard from several MCA that this is a scam with ****, and with the way he made me pay him on top of him not doing the job that's why I am reaching out to the BBB to help me get a full refund.

    We received notice that you had submitted a complaint regarding the $2000 charge made against you by ****.  As we discussed with you in our conversations on April 14th and April 15th, **** appears to be operating a scam and using our company's good name and reputation.  We do not know this individual and are in no way affiliated with him (nor are we affiliated with anyone else operating outside our small team of credit repair experts based just north of *******, **).


    You had informed us you would place a BBB complaint against the individual trying to scam you, and if you can find a profile attached to him (perhaps by the mobile phone number he originally provided to you) then we do still feel a complaint is a good idea.  Unfortunately, you had placed this complaint against our legitimate company in error.  This complaint that you did place has no impact on the individual (****) who billed you the $2000.  We never charge consumers for monthly credit repair services up-front. Our setup fee is only $149.95, and our highest service tier monthly payment is only $152.  Since we did not bill you, we are unable to assist with a refund, but we do still want you to get that money returned.


    As per our previous conversations... We recommend both contacting your bank used for the payment to dispute the charge, and filing a police report with as much information as you have on your interactions with this **** person.  After you file a police report with your local police office, please request that they also send a copy of the report to any/all police offices in the zip code(s) where ****** mobile cell phone area code is from.  Hopefully, one of them will have a file on this person and will be able to contact you about taking further action against this person.


    We are always appalled when someone tries to use our good name fraudulently, and we fully support every effort you can make to take legal action against this person to prevent further offenses and protect other consumers.

    he was very helpful and gave me ideas on how to go after ****, I had registered with BBB before I spoke to him so this could be dropped by this company.
