    I would put a zero, but it would not let me. Labor Day weekend last year my family and I had purchased a spa and we put down 20% down in which costed us $2,280 we had to wait 3 months for them to bring it out to us also we had special ordered a cover for it when they brought out the hot tub they didn't even attempt to take out the hot tub because they said it wouldn't fit not telling us that they were going to put on the cover prior to delivering our hot tub. So we had to reschedule another day for them to come back out again we had to wait 2 more months and I had to call them back to see what is going on with our hot tub they told that they had broken our cover and that we would have to wait so another 2 and a half months went by and we had a very hard time for them to come out and to bring out our hot tub again. So, our family and I was so upset about our hot tub situation that we decided to cancel our hot tub order and they told us that we would be losing our 20% deposit. that we had initially put down that we would not be getting back because of our contract so now we are out of our money, and I think that it's wrong because **** did not do what they promised us what they are going to do I would never ever buy anything from this company if that's what you call it a company. SO, I AM REACHING OUT TO ANYONE WHO CAN POSSIBLY HELP OUT OUR FAMILY TO GET OUR MONEY BACK THAT THIS COMANY STILL HAS.

    In July 2022, I ordered several replacement parts for the swim spa I bought from Black **** **** in 2012 for a cost of $$2365.92. ** required full payment in advance. I have received only one of the items ordered nearly six months ago for a cost of $175.00. ** has failed to deliver any of the other items and has, over the past months, provided one excuse after another regarding why they continue to fail to deliver the items or provide a refund. ** admitted in emails that they had not delivered the items and would provide a refund but continue to find one excuse after another - (a pattern) as to why they are not refunding. . I filed a dispute with **** and ** demanded that I remove the dispute from **** before they would refund. **** advised me not to withdraw dispute and that there was no reason that ** could not provide the refund since they had failed to deliver the items paid for last July, 2022. Furthermore, although ** advised me that they had contacted ****, **** indicates there are no records in their file that ** has contacted them. As I said, one excuse after another about failure to provide goods and services, and now failure to provide a refund. What I think is that buyer beware, this company does not follow through on their commitments even after you have paid for the products and services.
