    NW Natural Lighting is the most caring, responsive, and professional company Ive ever worked with My dog **** is very sick and cant tolerate heat. In early June, our home became too hot for him. I called several companies about solar shades, but because it was peak season, no one could help until after the 4th of July. Then I called NW Natural Lighting. When I explained our situation to ****, she immediately said shed try to rearrange the schedule. Within 20 minutes, she called back and said they could install before the 4thless than three weeks awaybecause of ***** medical needs. I was stunned and so grateful. *******, the sales consultant, was knowledgeable, honest, and kind. It felt like talking to a friend who truly wanted to help. When the quote came in a little over budget, he worked hard to apply discounts to make it possible. ****, the project manager, couldnt come inside due to ***** ********** so he climbed a ladder and hopped over our second-story railing to take measurementsno hesitation. He also helped create a custom solution for a tricky half-circle window at little extra cost. When I found out they didnt carry the 99% shade in whiteonly 97%I panicked, worried it wouldnt be enough. ***** one of the owners, personally called me, apologized, offered a generous discount, and guaranteed the 97% would work. **** even offered to bring a sample that evening. ***** and ******, the installers, were wonderful. They were mindful of ****, used no harsh chemicals, and kept everything clean and quiet. They carried the large shade up a ladder and over the second-story balcony without complaint, laid tarps, vacuumed afterward, and ran cables with care. This company didnt just cool my housethey cared about my family. They solved problems quickly, took ownership when there was a hiccup, and treated every step with empathy and integrity. **** is more comfortable, and I am deeply thankful. Truly the best company *** ever worked with.
