    1. We are AmazingAutoLLC, not the company from the customer's image.

    2. According to the ************************************************), there are 63 businesses in ***************** with the name "Amazing Auto". These businesses operate in a variety of industries, including automotive repair, car dealerships, and auto detailing.

    3. This is not the first time we receive this kind of stupid message from BBB, maybe we are the only Amazing Auto on BBB,thats why people abuse that. I really hope you guys can do some basic search before send message to us.

    From now on, if you publish this kind of false information against to us that will be a legal action. BBB can either remove this account completely, or keep it. We will not response to it anymore, and any further business reputation will be held accountable under the U.S. Law.

    Who gives you the power to ask us to ask a written clarification from ** while my business is not even part of that it? You do not have any authority acting like a court; you understand that right? Can you stop abusing freedom of speech? You are right now asking someone to provide you evidence who doesn't even have a legal obligation to provide you anything, especially you are not even a government legal authority. then you are threating to publish something bad? You know this is defamation, right?

    My cash app card got charged on 22 Jan 2023 total of $68.85 from: Amazing Auto Accessories which I cannot find online, no listed phone or address.I'd like to know what this is and or explanation of charges if valid. I'm in need of a refund please.Any info would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance

    Wrong ATTN, we don't even accept any cash app payment, we are the Amazing Auto LLC, not the same Amazing Auto the customer claimed. We informed the customer attention to the details, there are many Amazing Auto businesses. We don't know why this customer continually bother us. Continue with this false claim will consider in slander to our business. If you think someone charge you incorrectly the first step is to talk to your bank, to figure out who charged you, not just guessing. We glad we don't name our business "***********", otherwise President ***** may get an email from BBB as well.
