      I received the estimate to repair my ***** Accord EX on 7/18/2024 The estimate ID number is ********. I left my car with the and was told it would take 2 weeks. That time came and went. I was then told they had to order door brackets. I took my car home. They then picked up my car and kept it another two weeks. They returned it without any repairs done. On November 5, they picked it up again saying it would be done by November 8. I have called them multiple times. They always said it would be in a few days. Since that time, I have called repeatedly with no response. I texted with no response. For the last two weeks there has been no activity at their shop. They have not asked for any payment as yet. This has been very frustrating for me.

      When the vehicle was initially dropped off we did not have the written estimate from the insurance company. Two days later we received the estimate from ******. The door chosen by insurance was in ********** and was going to cost as much to ship it was the door was. The insurance did not want us to purchase a new ***** door so we repaired the door. There was additional damages that took more time to repair than what the insurance initially stated. The phone number provided on the insurance estimate was wrong so we could not contact ****. The insurance company offered her a rental that she refused. We put the car back together for her when we were waiting for a response from insurance and at a stand still, which costs us time to do that we do not get reimbursed for. Our shop phone is a landline that does not receive texts, so we did not receive anything from her. We are open Monday-Friday 8-5, only closing for lunch, unless there is an emergency. I had a family member pass away and missed two days for the services, other than that we were open the whole time. We are in a rural community and also offer many other services such as towing and lock-outs so we are not always able to answer every single call but do have a voicemail box set up. The cost of repairs ended up being less than the insurance estimate and we did not charge her until repairs were finished.
