    A ongoing dispute for not needing the services from Shift Smart has now resulting in me now not working for them. Due to one manager in the ******** store writing to them for a complaint of me being present on their property. I felt threaten by this manager and I left this last Thursday. Sense she told me that she can't pay me and not pay her other employees working for her. This manager fired a person that lives in my building from Calfornia that worked for her in ********. I'm a handy cap and an elder and all other stores that require and need my services now do not have my services. I was a hard worker and I don't know how this injustice could ever occur. I did nothing but try to be helpful and write to Shift Smart to address the situation on more than one occasion for this stores needs. ***** will come back on those this manager that have created this firing of me from Shift Smart. I will pray for her. One person One store with Circle k This is why you and others have not seen me at my schedule shifts. It should be in litigation. But I'm not sure how this all works. I immediately start looking for another job after what this manager did to me June 1st 2023.
