  Nightmare master bath remodel. The owner of the company (********) never came and looked at the work until we called. He contracted out the tile work and the owner of the tile company gave us two men 1 that didnt speak English and the other not very well. He must of sent them to us to get some practice because the job is awful!!! We have chips in the tile, uneven, not lining up all over the whole shower. The floor has bumps in it so the water will puddle instead of running down the drain. My window was put in crooked. The tile wasnt put in at a slant where needed so it would run back into the shower and not the floor. I had two other tile people come and look at it and they said it needed to completely be redone. The owner thinks it doesnt and they can just take tile out and replace it. Plus when they did all the work they never covered anything in my bedroom and never put up a barrier from the bathroom doorway so they had all the dirt and dust go all over my bedroom and house, this happened three different times. I had sawdust on my comforter when I went to go to bed. They made a mess outside in my flowerbed and my driveway that they didnt clean up. We only had the shower tiled and the plank floor put in (which is not finished) my heater vent is still covered up besides the plumber putting in the shower head pipe. We paid him so far $7500 and he is refusing to give us any of our money back. Now we have to *** him to get anything back. I dont think we owe him that much because we are not paying for the tile or the demo or the workers wages for the tile work. All needs to be redone and we paid once we shouldnt pay twice for terrible work. He cussed at us when we called him and said he is giving us any money back. We are at the same place we started with a demo of the shower and $7500 out of pocket. This is the worst company ever!!! He is not for his customers at all he is for his contractors!!
