      *** ********************** and her staff highly lack communication skills. *** ********************** took it upon herself to submit an order for I assume something to do with my husband's cpap machine but never had a conversation with us about what she was ordering and never got our authorization to order any thing and the next thing I know I am getting an email from a company I have never heard of saying our *** placed and order and a charge of $299.00 was trying to get processed on our credit card. Thankfully the charge was declined for fraudulent activity and when I called to figure out what was going on I was told by ***** ***** who deals with patient complaints I need to take accountability on who I give my credit card information to. I advised her that I never heard of company that *** ********************** placed the order at and never gave them my credit card information. I only called and had a conversation with them about cancelling the order that was placed because I had no knowledge of what it was or what it was for. I advised ***** that we order all his supplies from *********************. Would NEVER recommend *** **********************. This is the second time I have had issues on communication with them
