      I'd give ZERO stars if I could. I was with Mutual of Enumclaw for over 30 years. They were fine for quite awhile. Over the last few years they started raising my rates for both auto and home insurance. This is after no accidents at all. Three days ago my agent contacted me and said my home owners insurance is going up $60.00/month more. My agent couldn't even tell me why. That was the last straw. I got a new agent and she set me up with auto and home insurance with the same coverage for a way better, more respectable price. I fired both my agent and Mutual of Enumclaw. Buyer beware!!

      Extremely unhappy and very dissatisfied with this insurance company. ******************************************************************************************************************** the verge of finding a lawyer for damages they haven't paid us for..The sad part is is the Restoration company that came into our home and so-called repaired it and so-called cleaned it and so called took our belongings out to get them cleaned they were paid in full $180,000! That restoration company tallied up all our items that were considered damaged and lost. That came to a total of $105,000 And *** insurance only wants to pay us $53,000! For 15 years of our belongings!!! Not a former happy customer at all!!! Extremely disappointed with them. Nice to your face as they stab you in the back. So much for being good customers.

      We were with Mutual of Enumclaw for 8 years. I got in a car accident. They were great to take care of the claim and then one year later dropped **. No other claims and dropped! Great insurance company unless you file a claim!

      Have been insured with *** over 30+ years, were happy UNTIL they out of the blue just cancelled all four policies we had with them, 2 homeowners, umbrella and auto. Reason: we had a claim for water damage in 2020. They took care of the claim, no problemslooking for another carrier now. *************************
