    I purchased a bearing from them on 10/31/24 and paid $56.62 by credit card. When I received the item, the box was open and empty. I called and made them aware of the problem. They refuse to give me a refund or a replacement part. See ****** review below. ************************

    Sold me brand new moped. Wrecked it in the shop trying to fix the carb- tried to fix it- cracked the panels they replaced mismatched seat. Missing bolts and the Vin number they contacted me after I bought it and stated the Vin was wrong- took 10 months and the Vin is still wrong- the lied- they didn't fix it at the dealership when they fixed it after wrecking it. Wrecked it on both sides and busted the pieces replacing it. I paid them for two brand new mopeds... and mine is all jacked up. No decals-a year later and it's still not fixed and not even legal and hasn't been. I have been illegal this whole time of purchase. I have emails to the parts manager service manager, spoke with the new services manager, spoke with owner even and when I mentioned to the owner **** about giving you a call, he said " go ahead, but they are not going to do anything for you, they are worthless".. he gave me his new managers name and upon me calling to contact her the second time- she told me to go ahead and get a lawyer. Little does she know I have the bill that states shop accident. The moped doesn't run right... I want it replaced.. they gave it to me with only 5 lbs of pressure in the front tire when it needed 35lbs. They need to out of business. It's taken me 10 months of arguing and waiting with them. This was a brand new nice moped.
