    Artisan plumbing and mechanical is a total rip off They are dishonest and price gauge I received a bill for $511.06 to replace 2 tub spouts $112.00 , I sink aerator $9.00, and 1 toilet flapper $10.00 which took the plumber no more than 1.5 hrs to complete.they are charging for 3 trips at $325.00 per hour:1st visit was to see what plumber needed to resolve issue .5 hours 2nd visit he came with the incorrect spouts .5 hours 3rd visit he replaced 2 tub spouts, 1 bath sink aerator, and 1 toilet flapper: it took total of maybe 1.5 hours and $131.00 for parts They want me to pay $511.06 FOR THAT!

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this matter.

    After the customer left a review on ****, we responded publicly. She then contacted us directly by phone and requested a reduced invoice total of $350.00. During that same phone call, she continued to dispute our pricing, which we believe was fair and appropriate for the professional services provided. She also made repeated references to her network of neighbors, which we interpreted as an attempt to pressure or threaten us into further reducing the original invoice.

    Despite this, we agreed to the $350.00 adjustment in good faith in an effort to resolve the situation amicably. We provided the updated invoice promptly following the call yesterday 5.13.25 and are awaiting payment either check or credit card.

    However, should the customer continue to make defamatory statements and fail to pay the reduced invoice, we will be left with no choice but to pursue recovery of the full original invoice amount, including by means of a lien or other legal remedies available to us.

    We stand by the fairness of our pricing and the professionalism of our service and remain hopeful for a prompt and reasonable resolution.
