      If you are a freelance editor, I would avoid working for this publisher. I gave up on trying to receive payment from them.

      As the publisher I'd like to apologize for the confusion on how to submit your invoices. We normally on-board our Redemption Press editors and clearly state the 15 day net terms and provide all the Bill.com information to get you set up. 

      I believe you were one of the first editors to be brought in under ***************** and it looks as though she didn't have the onboarding information at her disposal. This miscommunication was not our intention and we apologize for your poor experience.

      As our accounting department responded to you earlier today, since you've closed your Bill.com account we will have to mail you your payment rather than direct depositing it to you.
