    If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company was contracted by my home warranty company. They scheduled appointments without contacting me to see if it was a good time. When I called to reschedule after the first appointment wouldn't work, the man who answered was short with me with a rude tone of voice. He said all scheduling needs to be done by text or online. I attempted to utilize the online and text. They kept rescheduling. After his **** tone I got curious. I attempted to look them up on ************ couldn't find anything on this company. They said that I should ask for their license number before I let them in to work. They said that was the only way I could even start to protect myself.Today a tech showed up and I asked for their business card. He handed me a frig magnet. There was no business license info on the magnet. I asked what their business license # was (as advised by ******* He asked, " I don't know it. Do you want your dishwasher fixed or not?" I said, " Yes, but i need to know the license number first." He said, "Let me step outside to make a call." He left. I need the dishwasher fixed because of family members with medical conditions. However, If they can't even provide their business license # by phone (which I called to get and they didn't answer),or on their website (it isn't there), on a business card, or even when asked, I won't take the chance that they are a reputable company. ***** has no record of this company. They told me that if they are licensed it is under the owner of the *** and without the owners name they can't tell me anything. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
