I've had my car into this shop for an electrical issue three times. First time they said it was a cpm module. I had it removed and replaced costing me over $500 for part's and labor. After a few days my battery was dead. It couldn't even get a charge. Added a new one to the car costing me a little more than $100. Took it back to the shop to have them check it again. They said that the new module was bad. I called the person/company that I bought it from and he said it was tested before sending it to me. In fact he told me that the core I returned was also good? I had the shops mechanic contact the guy and explain what was wrong. They called me back and said they were going to do some more testing on the car. Later that same day I was contacted by the shop and they told me that the radio was the issue after they pulled the fuse the draw stopped. I contacted my parts guy for a new one (radio) $525 and 3 day's later it arrived. Back this time to a dealership in Monroe to have it installed. Another $224+/-. Now I've gone through two batteries and nearly $1400 for part's and labor. I went out to start the car after it was sitting for three days and it wouldn't turn over! I contacted the shop and asked for them to call me back. That was four hours ago and I've not heard anything from them. I told them I feel that I should be reimbursed for the costs associated with the diagnostic, the two "bad" parts totalling roughly $1200? Nothing from them yet.Am I supposed to just eat the money for their misdiagnosis and having to replace good parts?
