    We purchased over $35,000 worth of new cabinets for our Kitchen and powder room. We signed contracts in October of '22 with a delivery date of December 5, '22. Jan 3, '23 we received a partial delivery and found that the specifications of the kitchen appliances were ignored. The farm sink cabinet was incorrect (we received a standard cabinet) the oven range cabinet was incorrect (we received a regular cabinet, not even an oven top, just a standard drawer cabinet) The powder room cabinet was missing altogether, come to find out, it was omitted from the 2020. ******************* promised "all the items discussed would be included" When I asked the store manager about the powder room, I was told that I would have to pay another 845$ to receive it. In addition, the kitchen measurements were off, many cabinets don't fit and we were missing pieces on the packing slip. The store manager came out, measured and reordered cabinets. I was told they were to be rushed. After numerous ignored emails, I was finally told my cabinets won't arrive until 2/9/23. We have 2 extra, unneeded cabinets and were told no refund as they were ordered by mistake. We have rescheduled our countertop template/installation 4 times! The store manager told us to "use the old cabinets for template" ABSOLUTELY NOT, corner cutting, and lack of communication is standard with this company. We have not had a kitchen since before Thanksgiving, we had to cancel our Christmas plans, New Year plans, our granddaughter's 1st birthday party. Now we have to change our other granddaughter's 7th birthday party on 2/12/23 as the kitchen is still incomplete. We have eaten out for meals for 2 additional months and had to hire new trades (cabinet installer, floor installer and electrician) to complete our work due to scheduling issues.
