    Ordered 4lbs ($115) of smoked salmon online to be shipped to AZ. Nowhere did I see how or when it was going to be shipped. As I now know, it was shipped ***** Also, I assumed that it would be shipped in a dry-ice packed box since it's summer & no delivery trucks (whether it's **** or **** are even air conditioned. NOPE, no dry ice pack!Never received an email telling me when & how it was shipped, tracking number, etc. We live in a rural area. Our mailbox is a 30 minute round trip drive so we don't check it every day. The mail person here does not deliver mail to the door. The last time we checked our mail was Saturday - had no reason to because I was never informed that this order would be delivered ***** Today is ************** was in our mailbox.Not sure how long it had been sitting in 90+ degree heat. According to the shipping label, the package appears to have been mailed on 6/23/2022 & the expected delivery date of 6/27/2022. That itself is 4 days unrefrigerated in hot postal trucks.The EXTREMELY rude, condescending & snarky cust service man told me it wasn't their problem that I was never informed of when or how the product was shipped or given a tracking number. He said he couldn't look up my order to check exactly when it was mailed or when I received it. He also kept repeating every word I said in a sarcastic manner (not even letting me finish my sentence) & just kept saying that it wasn't their problem - he kept saying that I should check my mail everyday.The salmon was hot, so $115 of smoked salmon is going in the trash because I don't want to take a chance on getting food poisoning. I'm really surprised a company that sells & ships a food product like this, & knowing it's going to AZ (where it's hot) doesn't ship their product in dry ice. Also surprised that they don't send customers emails when the product is shipped with the shipping information.Larry's website says "Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed !!!" - well, I didn't experience that.
