    This is a scam. I ordered 3 tablet box for cleaning the washer for $38.00 says they will deliver within 3-5days. I ordered on feb 16th it is now feb. 29th. the only communication i have had since ive emailed them about it is that it was delayed and stuck in ***************. This company is in *******. After reaching out and saying i would like them to cancel and refund. They have said its sent out and to my surprise i have been charged $90. they said an upsell was added for $58.00 for **** sheets. i dont use those they give me a rash for one thing. I would never try out laundry cleaning things for $90.00 they will not give me my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. REPORT THEM.

After reviewing your account, I noticed that your original order for 3 packs of Fresh Clean Store tablets 15 units with the upsell, and you also accepted an additional offer for 3 packs of Laundry Sheets (30 Sheets per Pack).

    As mentioned in our email communication, we have refunded the additional charge for the laundry sheets, which was part of the upsell. Additionally, to compensate for the delay, we have issued a refund for your initial order, and you are welcome to keep it for free.

    BEWARE. The website is a disaster. It is not responsive and I was "hung up" several times. The live chat is actually a matter of receiving an email when it is convenient for them. After believing that I had completed the order I was subject to screen after screen of optional orders. Finally it just froze. I came here to find a contact number so I could call.I was told the order had completed. No receipt page, no indication of what I was charged for shipping. Nothing.Very ***************** online. I would strongly recommend that you order by phone or not at all.

    I ordered from freshcleanstore.com and was misled on the price of the product from the start. Instead of putting how much it is per box they put per tablet in the box! How misleading is that! When you look at the ad you are thinking $2.15 per box for 4 boxes when it's really $2.15 per tablet and there is 5 in the box so for an order I think I'm paying like $10 for it really cost me $50 with shipping. Then on top of that they add another product on before you check out, laundry sheets, you think when you click checkout it's just for the cleaning tablets but you are really adding this other laundry sheet product on! They were another $68! So I ended up with two charges for $50 and $68 for something I thought was like $10. The deceptive advertising is so wrong! I would have been a regular customer had I liked the product and now I don't even want to deal with this company at all. I haven't heard back about my refund yet so their 90 day refund guarantee is yet to see if they stick by that but I will be back with an update. I just wanted to warn others about the deceptive way the advertise. I can't speak on the quality of the product.

    I did receive the refund but as for keeping the product as a good gesture, I never received the product to begin with. After checking tracking and realizing it was sent back to you because you didn't put the correct address that I had given, I reached out and was told that it was shipped again and I would receive in 5 to 7 days. It's been over a month and I have yet to see it. My only problem from the beginning was the deceptive pricing and adding extra products on without my knowledge. I wanted to try the product and was willing to pay for it all I wanted was a refund for the extra stuff I did not want. You offered a discount first which I agreed and then offered a full refund and said I could keep the product but in the end I never even ended up with the product at all!!!

    freshcleanstore.com is a scam. I got a purchase order from this company, that was paid with my paypal to another company, a tracking # for shipping from ********** shipping partner with ***** then it says the company when I attempted to contact the company, and could not get anywhere. I went to the web page to find out how to cancel this order, they claim to have a return policy but its funny it says "1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased Fresh Clean Store from a retailer store or online store between 1 August 2019 and 31 December 2021." but according to my purchase and the company was created after December 2021.... so if you buy from this place, your already not eligible... quite a scam.
