      I go to my doctors office for 3 issues, and my biggest concern was pots and my difficulty breathing, my breathing was causing me panic, I was told my doctor would check my breathing out which she never did but she claims I was breathing fine? Well they tried to say I could make abother appointment but I was struggling to breath so of course I went to urgent care and that is where I found out I have bronchitis, mind me I have asthma so I really was struggling to breath and needed antibiotics, and my doctor ignored me, if I didn't listen to my gut I could ended up being worse, I was not listened to at all, and to top that off she completely left, my mom came with me and my son and we sat there for roughly 30 minutes when I asked my mom to go find someone and found out my doctor left.

      Hello-

      Thank you for relaying the patient concerns regarding the most recent visit to our organization.  We take all feedback seriously and review as a means to identify any areas of improvement needed.  

      We took the initiative to forward the concern to the providers Clinical Director who reviewed the information and attached documents.  The Clinical Director wanted to have more context and reached out to the patient directly so that we could directly work with her for better understanding.  The patient explained in detail the concerns and the Clinical Director will follow up with the provider.  At the end of the call, the patient expressed she was satisfied with the call and resolution.

      I paid ****** to schedule a root Canal visit on July 24th 2024. They hung me along until December 31st for the appointment which i was to pay the remaining ****** which i did. At the appointment they told me a root Canal wouldn't work and I needed to talk to the front desk about a refund. They were able to refund the second payment right away but the 1st payment I wouldn't get a refund until 30 days. I said ok, well 30 plus days I called back and they said well its 90 days then today I called to see where my refund was in the process and they said it would now be 120 days. I find this unacceptable and am wondering if they're dragging me along some more. I asked to talk to a manager but was told no they would email her and she would call me. I asked when and they said they didn't have her schedule. I'm beyond upset. Please help me get my ****** dollars this place is keeping hostage. Thank you ******* **** ************

      Paid $300 deposit for crown. Changed insurance and was no longer covered at their clunic so had it done at different dental clinic. No work was done at *** towards the crown. No work was done that was not covered by previous insurance. No outstanding fees. Promised refund within 6 weeks. Then told to wait another 2-3 weeks, although the refund was supposedly already approved weeks ago. Three phone calls. No refund for work not even done, nothing owed, no reason to not immediately refund the $300. Worse, I live on disability, about 1k a month and this is a huge chunk of money to me.

      Hello-

      I have not seen this complaint come through our organization.  Today was the first message I received then I received two within 5 minutes of each other.  We have always responded timely to any BBB requests we have gotten.  I will gladly look into this, but there has been no letter, phone call or follow up from your organization previous to today.  Please allow the amount of time needed to respond to this notice. Thank you.
