      R&R Foundations is guilty of major privacy and ethical violations against its paying clients. I am aware of at least 3 cases in **************** where R&R misquoted and misrepresented cosmetic repairs they provided bids for to former owners as necessary structural repairs to new owners of homes, leading the new owners to file lawsuits against the former owners. In all 3 cases, the work was NOT structural in nature and offered cosmetic improvement only at a very high cost. Old homes (Pre 1930's) were built without gutters and experienced unequal settling of the perimeter foundation. Provided the water has now property directed away from the foundation, such as by the installation of gutters and downspouts, this is usually longer a structural concern and is NON PROGRESSIVE. Although repair of these uneven but structurally sound floors is an option, it is NOT A REQUIREMENT.. of building or home inspectors. R&R will leave you with the impression it has to be fixed NOW. Ask any home inspector worth his salt and he will confirm that the 'unevenness' of the floors of these historic homes does not pose a health or security concern unless the CAUSE is unremediated. R&R calls this a 'necessary repair' even when a building or home inspector does not. Which is a CASH GRAB. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE BULLIED INTO UNNECESSARY REPAIRS, AND DO NOT HIRE COMPANIES WHO DO NOT RESPECT THE PRIVACY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. This is lazy practice at best and has harmed multiple homeowners, killed real estate sales, and caused unnecessary lawsuits as well. ****** of a company who offers free estimate - They always find work to do!

      I got three quotes for a project on our house (Sump Pump install and downspout installs).R&R was the first to respond, show, and provide a fair quote. ****** ****** was super responsive, honest, and helpful. The pricing was fair (they were the lowest quote we recieveded, but not why we chose them). The crew showed up on time everyday they said they would. They were such hard workers and very kind. The communication from everyone involved was a 10/10. I highly reccomend them. They are professional, authentic, and the finished job looks great! So far, everything is working wonderfully.

      Beware of poor foam lift outcomes. They charge by the pound of foam, not whether or not your concrete is lifted - ask them. Had to take them to small claims court - ****** my case and see for yourself before you sign their contract. I took them to court to generate a record for future customers, not for the money. Do your homework and consider another company.

      They did a very good job of re-leveling our 1940's house and removing our masonry fireplace. Everyone worked hard and got the job done on time even with some additional change orders. It did result in many cracks in the drywall, one double-hung window that needed to be re-installed to open properly, and one cracked drain pipe, which we had been warned would / could happen. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars, is if we had know that more of the floor needed support (the change orders) we might have re-built instead of re-level.
