  I had an outstanding experience with CH Heating, particularly with *******. He was amazing, showing up on time and explaining everything clearly. I called three companies, and CH Heating was by far the easiest to work with. Their professionalism and customer service are top-notch. Highly recommended!

  CM Heating has been to my home ~15 times in the last year and a half, just fixing mistake after mistake. Every time they come, something else that worked before breaks. It's been a nightmare. Most recently, their technicians took my entire system down, then wanted to charge me $2500 to fix THEIR mistake. Then when onsite to do the fix, they acknowledged that their recommendation was actually wrong (AGAIN) and that I should get a new system altogether. It started when they came to do a free annual maintenance check, which I agreed to after 5 emails/texts/calls. They come, they took everything apart, put it back together, and then told me everything was fine. That was 12 days ago, it was the last time my heating worked, and when I called them back out to look at it, they (1) told me it would cost over $2500 to get a replacement blower motor to fix it (more than 2X markup from buying the *** Carrier part online) and (2) took my cooling offline too! After 3 weeks of having NO HVAC in the house, they finally came back only to conclude that they were wrong again and found a new issue with a condensation leak in the furnace and AGAIN changed their recommendation.Their "Free annual maintenance check" is a joke. At a minimum, they completely failed to identify any problems with the system. At a maximum, they created the problems themselves. In 3 weeks time and 4 visits later, they went from "you have no issues in your system!" to "you need to completely replace your system!" In 3 weeks time, I went from a fully functioning AC system to literally the entire thing being offline and non-operational. That's what you get from their "Free annual maintenance check."

  We are enjoying clean, cool, and comfortable indoor air thanks to CM Heating! This year we decided to replace our 21-year-old gas furnace with a heat pump/gas furnace combo for summertime air-conditioning and winter heating. Last month, Kyle ********* came out to evaluate our home. He spent quite a bit of time helping us decide on a system to satisfy our needs and our HOA requirements for the outdoor unit. He was always available to answer our questions. Once we made our selection and signed the contract, we were promptly placed on the wait list for the next available opening.
  On July 25, the day our heat wave hit, Jayson ****** and his hardworking crew spent the whole day installing our new gas furnace, coil, heat pump, filter cabinet, and smart thermostat. They almost got the whole system running. Promptly, the next morning, Andrew ******* came out to tweak the system and complete the start-up. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly, professional, and organized. We highly recommend this company for its excellent service and competitive prices.
