      This company took Management over the property where Ive been a resident since March 2019 and ever since doing so the property has gone to h*** Theyre very incompetent, theyre dishonest, disorganized, harass tenants and very misleading. Since Cirrus Property Management has taken over the property theyre unable to keep track of rental payments, rental change frequently with owed rental amounts, they lack proper staffing, the faucet water is terrible to bathe in which I mentioned to ***************** Inspector and was Documented With Property at Failed Inspection and last but not least the building is now infested with roaches. The Regional Manager ******* ********* is Horrible and I believe the reason she lacks the competence to run this building properly an or least be honest and upfront with the tenants about their accounts is because her marijuana addiction clouds her judgement and ability to do her job sufficiently and efficiently. They also serve tenants incorrectly on their 3 day pay or quit or quit notices, they offer tenants units that flood due to structural problems with property causing tenants with little to no means to spend money they really dont have on sandbags and *** services for flood if the drains dont stay clear. An when I say stay they mean they want the tenant to keep clean. Why the h*** are they paying for a Maintenance Man (. When we can keep one momentarily ) ? This company needs to be shut down theyre very crooked and shady. I hate to give them that 1 Star. Angry Concerned Resident an I speak for every tenant in my building.

      I used to recommend my apartments at ********************************, managed by Cirrus Asset Management. However, the moveout had a problem that gave me a sour aftertaste. By CA laws, renters are supposed to get a letter before 21 days of moveout with their balance of pending charges (if applicable). We NEVER got the letter in our new house! We even personally went to the building manager and sent him e-mail saying: hey, everything alright? Do I owe you something?2 months later I get a call from TX number, unknown company (HKR Financial) charging me for the unpaid balance and threatening to send me to collecting if I don't pay in the next 2 days! Company finally sends me written proof of the mentioned balance (a screenshot, no letter or proof they represent Cirrus. I contact Cirrus, they pingpong it with supervisors and finally say they're unable to re-print the letter and that i have to see everything with the company that called me. I NEVER GOT THE LETTER. Maybe they never sent it, who knows! Definitely sending an unverified company to collect and threaten instead of answering their e-mails or offering a copy is not nice.
