    Very knowledgeable and professional staff. You can definitely tell how much they love and care for their reptiles. They work firsthand with animal control, and the police department to ensure the safety of all reptile friends. They also offer the ability to pet sit for you while you go on vacation which is an amazing perk. We love Hewitt reptile Emporium,. Thank you so much.

    The staff are not friendly, very arrogant and snobby. The store stinks extra bad. More than just a reptile store! and this was now my fourth time going in to the store recently and being treated this way And it having this environment: So they have a you can hold our pets, anytime policy, however once again after waiting for over an hour with 4-6 other customers coming in who where greeted and helped it took over an hour to be acknowledged even. Them another 10 mins to get any actual personal interaction such as a hello. I intern asked to hold one of the snakes since one of the employees had been carrying a snake around for about the last 15 mins now. I get no response completely ignored as she just turns around and bristly walks away. I wait five minutes or so and again ask loudly so both employees can hear to hold one. Instead, the second employee comes up with the same excuse Ive heard the last four times now :they just ate and they cant be held as she holding one . Using the excuse that the reason shes holding that one is because that one didnt eat even though every other on the store, apparently East said exactly the same time besides, this one snake, and I cant hold it because its not the stores they are pet sitting its not up for adoption. Ya. Right. Ive been going into this place for 17 ******* years now have bought 3 snakes from them and owned 5. Such a shame is turned into a ******* ******* hot topic as opposed to it being about the animals anymore place is really just gone to **** Their animals never look healthy and theyve jacked all the prices up through the roof seems to be complete ******* ******** there now really *****.
