    This company discriminates against pregnant women (they fired two supervisors who were pregnant) and refused another worker whose wife was having pregnancy complications time off. The caregivers who have worked for the company a long time make less than the new staff they are hiring. The home care director doesnt work and everyone else is picking up his work load. Neither the home care director or the assistant director have the necessary qualifications for the job.

    Direct Care Professionals (DCP) are over worked and underpaid. Company has large employee base nationally, but does not offer offers very little in benefits such. As no medical insurance to DCPs, high premiums to admin professionals and no 401Ks. Management does not respect their workers and is an oppressive controlling work environment. Africans work here &are the backbone of the company, but they are underpaid and over worked. Little chance of advancement for African-Americans to advance within the company although the primary workers / caregivers or Africans. I loved the clients, but didnt feel appreciated by management and often treated with little or no respect. If you decide to work here youve been warned.
