    I purchased a track suit to coach in, but it came in the wrong color. After months of attempts to contact the owner to order a new one, and promises that he would order the correct color, I never received the proper order. I later got the correct order from another business, and the owner agreed to refund me. However when he agreed to be at his shop at a certain time he was not there, and I have not seen him since. No other employee can do a refund. The owner has failed to agree on any other time to be present.The original purchase was around October and I haven't seen the owner in months. When contacted via phone he says he will give a refund but never replies when asked when he will be in.

    I am writing in regards to Case No: 19347758

     

    I received a check from the business and it has cleared. This issue is resolved and I have received my refund.

    I would like to close out this case.
