      On 11 / 12 / 24 I came to this Les Schwab 1145 ****************************** and want to have my car tires rotate ( I bought tire from Les Schwab ) they told me com back 3 hours around 3:30 or 4:00 Pm then took my name and my phone . I came back for my appointment around 4:00 Pm , they told I have to wait for another 3 hours as first . I requested to speak to a Supervisor . Mr ****** *********** introduced to me he is a Supervisor then told me that I have to wait up to 2 hours . I told him I will go to the store near by and come back 15 to 30 minutes , he told me I can not do that if I leave he will cancel my appointment . I requested to speak to the Manager of the shop . Mr ****** get upset and asked me to leave the shop or he will call the Police and he did . He accused me that I was yelling at him and called his employee stupid and asked the Police to have the trespassing order on me . We was with Les Schwab for long time and this is the first time in this shop and first time I got this problem . This is very rude and terrible services .I came for the services and followed the instruction and come on time , they can not keep they promised for the appointment and called the Police and treat me like this ? I do not know if that what he have trained for or Policy of Les Schwab ?
