      My car was towed and impounded within a few days of January 7th 2024. I am now receiving a toll road bill + late fees for the car with my the plates still on it for using a toll lane 10 months after it was impounded on october 2024. If the car is abandoned and sold or auctioned off, why would I recieve a toll bill 10 months later. If my family and I were not already n the verge of homelessness , we would have got the (very needed) car out of impound initially. We can't afford this bill, time off work to go to dmv, or time off to go to Ron May Towing. I have tried calling them, but they only have an answering service that can not or will not help me in any way. Literally they can not or will not help in ANY way. They can only tell me to go to their office in person. That would be another day off I can't afford. So on top of the bill for impound that I couldn't afford, now I have a toll bill plus late fee I can't afford, plus now I have to take a day off to go see them in person, plus I will have to take a day off to go to the dmv to find out who's name is on the title and who owns the car. Whether deliberate or a paperwork mix up, their job of taking and selling another's property should not allow them to fail to notify a government agency that they are takeing ownership and then selling another's property. If they notified the DMV/DOL I wouldn't get toll bills, waste hours to write emails, paying toll bills on the car i dont own, or risking collections and suspension of my license, which my family (myself plus 1 minor and 1 person with a disability) can afford. This is either fraud or a massive failure to follow regulated procedure (and possibly law). If the car is still in my name, my complaint is theft of property and I will call the police. I am in process of getting all paperwork/documents needed but it's hard when you can't even talk to the people responsible. I would happily provide that paperwork once I am able to get it.

      WE SOLD THIS VEHICLE AT AUCTION JAN OF 2024 AT WHICH TIME WE DID AN AFIDAVIT OF **** AS REQUIRED PER RCW 4655. ACCORDING TO THE *** THE SAID VEHICLE IS NOW REGISTERED IN SOMEONE ELSES NAME SEE ATTACHED . MY GUESS IS THAT YOUR OLD LISCENSE PLATE IS RUNNING AROUND ON A VEHICLE THAT IS NOT THIS ******* ACCENT . EITHER WAY YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARPOOL VIOLATION. IF YOU GET AHOLD OF DOT AND HAVE THEM REVIEW THE PICTURE OR SUBMIT THAT YOU ARE NO LONGER THE OWNER OF SAID VEHICLE THEN THEY WILL LET YOU OFF THE FINES. ON OUR PART WE DID EVERYTHING WE ARE SUPPOSED TO LEGALLY IN THE **** OF THIS VEHICLE.

      I am currently living in an apt that is under contract with *************** towing. They towed my vegicle while it was legally parked in a guest parking space! When they towed my vehicle ot was at approximately 1.5 hours before i had even realized that it was gone. Right away, i went there to pick up my vehicle sfter just less than 1.5 hours and had to pay ****** this is outrageous, and overcharging, and

      Hello, our rates are in compliance with RCW ***** all tow companies rates are in line with this RCW. It is an hourly charge of ****** an hour plus ***** a day in storage charged in half day increments plus the 9.9 percent sales tax in ***************There was no overcharge here , we understand that the fees are steep but we are only the service company and we neither parked your car in the wrong spot or called for the tow.

      Had my boat towed without any notice. Made a police report thinking it was stolen to find out it had gotten towed. Called tow company within an hour after being towed. Paid $658.30 to get out of tow.

      Your boat was parked in the fire lane. it was towed legally by an authorized person from security. the rates that were charged are set by **************** statute. ************************************************ this instance **** hrs. storage is 89 dollars a day in half day increments. you were charged ***** in storage plus an after hours fee of 127 dollars as the office is closed and a driver had to do the paperwork. Add on 9.9 % sales tax and ****** is your total. we do not set these rates they are set by the department of liscensing per the state legislature. There were no hidden fees or unlawful charges you parked in the fire lane and had to pay the consequence.
