    Martin and his crew will lie to you and over charge you. Learn from my heart ache and find a better organization to do business with. You cannot trust what they say.

    Horrible company. Charged over $4500 to install a water heater that had a retail cost of just over $1,000 and the installer had less than 3 hours of labor into the job. I tried to discuss this with the installer and he offered no explanation. He simply said thats what the book says. He could not justify the $3,000 for 3 hours of labor. I was embarrassed for him. I gave management an opportunity to make it right and retain a customer but got no response. Save your time and money and never use or recommend this company ever.

    A little more than a week ago I called LaVergne for a new hot water heater. They wanted $89.00 to show up then another $50.00 cuz it was Saturday. He sits in his truck for a few minutes then tells me he cant find a hot water heater anywhere. Let that sink in!!! Anyway he tells me that he thinks he can get one by Monday. Now, keep in mind he cant get a hot water heater. So he wants to know what payment plan I want. Payment plan? ( you remove the old one and replace with new one) anyway his plans ranged from $4400.00 to $11000.00. He didnt show up to fix anything. He came to get $153.00 for nothing. 89+50 and tax. Two days later a woman calls me and asks what I think of my experience? I tell her what I just told you and she says that she is sorry for my experience but for a 5 star review she will refund my $153.00. So now you know that they are slimy and crooked from top to bottom. The only difference between this company and *********************** is ****** used a gun.

    Lavergne's Plumbing operates on pricing from a book much like auto body repair shops. In our case they based price on what they thought would be a multiple hour job but turned out to be 15 to 20 ************** refused to adjust price. Even after making several attempts to work out a solution.I woud suggest anymore needing a plumber go to any of the other plumbers in Skagit Co.DO NOT EVEN CALL LAVERGNE'S

    *********'s installed a tankless hot water heater in my home in 2016. A county permit and inspection was not done, I was not advised by *********'s that this was a standard requirement for new gas appliances.I am currently replacing my gas furnace (by another company). This company noted that the gas plumbing for the tankless hot water heater was done using copper, rather than the required black iron/steel piping required by code.Consequence being that this copper piping needs to be replaced to bring the system up to code.I have attempted to contact Martin LaVergne, to see if they would reimburse me for having to have another company redo the work that his company should have correctly done. He has not returned my calls. In all fariness to Martin, he did speak with me once, and also with the project manager for the new furnace. His take on the situation being that he has been using copper pipe for over 10 years, without any issues. I understand that over time, copper piping will break down, causing flaking, that can further damage any gas appliances in your home.
