    On 10/19/2022 @ 11:00am I had a scheduled appointment with Pro Auto Sound to install a Car Alarm system installed. Nature of the Dispute-Damaging and destroying vehicle, parts and Labor, time off work, towing amount of $ 5386.08.List Of Item not working in my Vehicle:1.All 4 window do not go down 2.Odometer does not work 3.My fuel indicator does not register 4.My heat and defrost does not work 5.Alternator does not hold a charge 6.Air conditioner and heat does not work 7.Cold and Hot gauge does not work 8.Air Condition 9.Power Sunroof On 10/20/2022 I called **** who owns the ************* I explain to him that my windows where not going down, including the list of items listed above. **** said no that could not be possible, he just keeps refusing and denying the work of his employee. I told him that my car was fine until his company touch my car. I told **** that I will bring the car back to him before the warranty expire (10/26/2022), for him to take out the alarm system since he was refusing to correct the mistake on my vehicle. My mechanic, **** Japanese had tested the car and found that due to the install of the alarm the person that put the alarm system has touch a wiring or has disconnect a wire or destroyed wires which he should not have touched during installing the alarm.
