      I had my wife take my 2019 Black Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Federal way location. I paid for a Level 3 detail and extra for a Black vehicle. I also had window tint installed on my front 2 windows to match the factory rear windows. I paid for the ceramic special film. The tint was good. The detail, HORIFIC. I mentioned the dash not being wiped, the instrument clutter barely passed over, the door frames not touched. The Manager mentioned he had employees quit that day, and quickly wiped the areas. This was the most expensive service they offered and it was not that. I asked for the detail to be downgraded to the lowest level of service and the difference refunded. All he offered was a 10% discount on getting my other car tinted. I did initially plan on having that one tinted also, but with the low quality of the current work, why would i trust them again? Don't goto this business. C*** product.
