    On 3/4/2025 I took my to midas in federal way because my car was running badly i was told to have the injector cleand that did not fix the problem.midas then replace fuel pump1 still did not fix the problem, replace fuel pump2 the problem still was not fix. Ive been to the shop more than 5 times and as of 6/20/2025 my car still wont start the gas light is still blinking on and off.that has never happen before . before i took my car to midas there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car starting. on 4/5/2025 after midas worked on my car it broke down again for the fith time the car had to be towed back to thiar shop..I paid over ***** and my car still wont start. Im still in a rental as of 6/20/2025.

    Good Morning,  as we can see that your client wants money back for services rendered.  As I have explained in the past all of the work that we have done for this customer.  We are not going to pay any money to this customer.  I do not know what to tell him.  We did exactly what he wanted, we paid for rental cars, tows, hours of diag time.  Thank you Lynne

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Today is 5/6/2025 my car wont start after spending ***** when i drop my car off at Midas there was not a problem with my car starting this was cause by Midas.

    Good Morning,  please look at the invoices sent to you.  There is one more where it shows that I paid for a rental car for the customer.  The work that we preformed was all to the customer request.  The customer arrived the first time with the car running badly due to the fact that he worked on it and broke parts in the engine compartment.  It was his request to replace the fuel pump and I have repeatedly taken care of this customer and he has repeatedly returned to the shop for free work.  I installed parts at cost and charged no labor.  Again when these parts were installed as stated in the invoices this was his request.  I decline all issues with this car.  Please let me know the next step.  We have gone above and beyond for this customer and I feel he has gotten the best deal.  Thank you Lynne

    Thank you for the response.  I have included again the paperwork that goes along with the repair of this car.  The customer worked on his car and broke the intake manifold before he brought me the car.  He requested that we glue his mess *** so he can get by to get back and forth to work.  The fuel pump replacement was the customers request.  We did not recommend the part he wanted it replaced.  After the third fuel pump  replacement (fuel pump x2)  because it was not the cause of his issues we explained that it is not worth replacing it again.  I paid for all of his tow ins, rental cars etc to try to make this customer happy.  Well as you can see there is nothing that I can do to make him a happy person.  I have spent alot of time and money that he did not pay for, tech hours that he did not pay for, and alot of whinning from the customer.  We have gone above and beyond the call of duty on this car.  I am sorry that he is not happy with our help and his car.
