    On 10/22 and 10/24 Transworld system *** called 8;09 AM both times in the morning? there is law prohibited angency's etc to call people before 9am in the morning?

    researched this matter and the findings are set forth below:
    Transworld Systems **** (***) has searched its databases using the information supplied by the
    consumer and is unable to identify the specific account that is the subject of the consumer's
    complaint. In order for *** to move forward, we need specific identifying information including, but
    not limited to: the consumers full name and social security number; the name of the original
    creditor; the creditors account number or reference number; the billing address of the account; and,
    any other specific information relating to the consumer so that a full search can be completed. ***
    also requests for the consumer to provide the telephone number that TSI may be calling.
    Until such information is received, as noted, we cannot proceed with the research regarding this
    complaint. Please forward the requested information to the attention of the undersigned at:
