    I paid over $1,200 for an entry door for my home. The door was picked up from a local ********** wrapped in plastic and cardboard for shipping. Inspected what I could at the time and transported to my home. The next day a contractor installed the door. After inspecting the door out of the package. The window in the door was 7/16 off square and crooked. Very noticeably. Feather river blamed ********** and my contractor for not inspecting the door first. They also wanted me to drill into the door and adjust the glass myself because there should be 1/2 of play. Must not be ans energy efficient as they stated in response below to previous complaint. Now they are telling me to wait 2 weeks for a tech to come check the door. After waiting over 4 weeks to get it in the first place. If the tech cant fix it, another 4 weeks. Dont forget, warranty does not cover labor! Based off complaints found here for feather river and Trinity glass, ******* and ********** forums. How is this company still in business. ****** learned.

    Sorry for the difficulties you encountered purchasing one of our products.  We did send one of our representatives out to your home to correct the crooked door lite.
