      Business Response

      Date: 06/06/2023

      Hello,

******************** signed a contract with this company to provide services. Please see attachments. ******************** got upset when she was asked to pay the $130 intake fee ($120 for the intake payment and $10 processing fee). I was still working with the other party to determine if they wanted to move forward with the service, but since ******************** refused to pay for the intake payment, the process was put on hold. ******************** refused to make the payment, so it was sent to collections per the contract in which she signed. She then decided that she wanted to move forward again but refuses to make the payment.

The fees will not be cancelled, nor will they be removed from collections.

I am rejecting this response because:
The court order states its up to the other party to set up the visit. I didn't put the visit on hold just paying the money for a service in june made no sense so I was not trusting it because their is no refund. Any ways getting back to her in May the other party had not reached out. Their was never an agreement to use her services per the court order and perhaps she should not be trying to get money if the court order is not stating to move forward without the other party.  Also her reviews are said to be for taking people for their money and cancelling visits and nowhere in her agreement doe sit state it will go to collections so shealready got money for this service for nothing then stated she will charge me for everything else too and she was not benefiting the child for this visit EVER! Court order attached I would not use her services because she does not accommodate anything relevant to court orders or the relationship of the child being healthier and stable
      Sincerely,
