    Do Not Use This Company. They cut corners and do not get the proper legal permits to do their installs. I had this company come out and they got forceful with the decision making process. We do need a solution but I immediately felt buyers remorse after the financing was rammed through. We were hoping to get this over with but the h*** just started. Nothing was moved to create a work area, nothing was protected. No protection was offered. I non English speaking tech was dropped off with the materials and then left half way through the job. Another tech came and started to clean up the mess made by the start of the install. Eventually the job was finished but my interior was ruined with no compensation or even an apology and I did not receive any copies of the permit in the warranty and paper work. He got my money but refuses to do right by me and get the proper permits and threatens to sue and put a lien on my house if he has to pay for the permit that should have already been a part of the process to begin with if he was a credible contractor. ****** threatens anyone with a lien on their home and anyone with brains knows it costs more in legal fees, time off work and a lawyer to go to small claims court. The bulling tactic work for the gullible and that is why this man should not be allowed to have a business that exploits people in their time of need. He failed to get the permits needed and then threatens me for his several lack of judgment and business practices. For shame *** for shame. It is people like you that give contractors a bad name. Do Not Use this Business. ****** ********** runs an abusive business that cuts corner, and uses no English speaking techs. He is a malfeasance taking advantage of our most basic human needs.

    Extremely Unprofessional and ****************** I should have read Yelp reviews before hiring this guy. The experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The installation was done quickly but very unprofessionally, and then he disappeared completely.I tried reaching out several times, sending texts with pictures of loose electrical wires everywhere, but received no response. He never answers when I call, unless I call from another number. When I do manage to get through, he pretends he can't hear me and hangs up. If I call back from the same number, he simply doesn't answer until I use another number another day. Then repeat.To make matters worse, he didn't even do the install himself. Instead, he sent an unlicensed, non-English speaking "technician" to perform the work. When I voiced my concerns, ******, the owner, suggested I use ****** Translate to communicate with the technician. That was a red light but we were already in the active phase of the install. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.Based on my experience, I absolutely do not recommend hiring this guy. On the other hand, I had a great experience with Essential Heating and Cooling. They provided a skilled technician, excellent customer service with an actual team of customer service representatives, and even a written warranty. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company. Bad plumbing/heating/cooling can destroy your home.

    He took advantage of two seniors whose furnace went out on a very cold day. Said he would charge $120 to come out. When he left, he charged them over $160, claimed it was his "weekend fee". He supposedly diagnosed the problem. Something to do with a sensor and would cost over $1000 to replace. A more reputable company came out and fixed the furnace. Nothing to do with a sensor like ****** said. I tried calling but he won't answer my phone calls. So I texted him. He threatened to *** me and put a lien on the seniors' house. I wished I didn't call his company. He has no one to answer to but himself so he can do whatever he wanted. I wished I had seen 1 star reviews before calling him!!

    I had no heat and googled for someone to come check out the problem. I should of known something wasn't right when I first called their number. A lady answered, said their service fee was $180. I then got a call back real quick from a guy that told me his wife just had dental work and his fee was only $125. When he showed up for some reason my heat has come back on but I asked him to check things out anyways. Well my vents from my furnace to my ceiling had fallen a little and the metal plate has come off of my ceiling. He told me that there were sensors in the vents and that it had to stay up or the sensors wouldn't work properly. He screwed the mental plate into my ceiling to hold up the vent so the heat would stay on. He opened up the furnace itself and didn't notice anything wrong with it. He didn't even bother to check out my heat pump. He charged me $310 for his services! And the next morning I woke up to NO HEAT again! I messaged him about it and he said he could come back out, but when I questioned him if it was going to cost more $, no response. I had an accredited company, Washington Energy Services come out that was recommended by an old friend and they fixed the problem right away. I had a clogged valve in the furnace! He also informed me that vents DO NOT have sensors in them. And there fee was under $200. So, do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
