      When signing up for pest control the sales man reassured me multiple times the payments would be every other month as I explained to him I couldnt afford it monthly. Im being charged monthly now and he never explained that the subscription is a year long unless you buy out. The sales man was dishonest to make a sale. He also said multiple pests were covered as well as spraying in places such as the attic and those pests are now not listed in whats covered and the person did a very quick spray and not in all areas. When the technician was completed he asked for a review on ****** and wanted me to do that while he was here and watching me do it. He made me feel uncomfortable and pressured into leaving a five star review because he wasnt leaving. I told him I didnt have time to write it in the moment and he finally left. I explained to the sales man my situation and he kept repeating that the payment was every other month and made it seem like the spray was also every other month which turns out its not. Really dishonest business practices.

      I really like Insight! I truly appreciate the service provided , as you can honestly see and tell that everyone there actually cares about what the consumer's are getting when they agree to hire Insight.

      I agree with the other 1 star review here. Not producing an actual contract that conveys clearly the terms of service is shady business. I will never work with Insight again.

      I had the opportunity to speak with ****. For some reason he did not get to see the contract. It might be that it went to spam or someone else in the home got to it first, as we can see that it was delivered. He was frustrated because he was told if he canceled he would only be charged $200. The contract does state otherwise but because it was a door to door salesman and I have no recording of their conversation, I have agreed to refund him the difference as he was charged a higher amount. So, in the end he did only pay the $200 plus tax. I believe this is satisfactory to him.

      I believe you misrepresented your company by not providing the contract when I signed the iPad. You state bi-monthly service (which everyone knows is twice a month - not every other month). Then you went from $70/month to $90/month. All of this was not disclosed when I signed the iPad. Paying someone $180 for 5 minutes worth of work is outrageous

      Thank you for letting us know some of your concerns. It can truly be so frustrating when you are signing an iPad. We do send the contract via email. We are not sure if you did not receive it or if it may have gone to Spam. It seems like that is what was happening at first and then you checked your spam and received our other emails. I also agree with the bi-monthly as we've asked the same question but it does have two meanings; twice a month or every other month which is what our service is. As far as the payments, the first service was your initial service and a nice discount was given for that. The monthly payment is more and that was all in the contract which I know you did not see. I know you are frustrated and I did try to call you to talk about all this because we do not want you to feel this way at all. I would still love to talk with you and see if there is anything further I can do for you. We really do care about your concerns. Thank you
