      When signing up for pest control the sales man reassured me multiple times the payments would be every other month as I explained to him I couldnt afford it monthly. Im being charged monthly now and he never explained that the subscription is a year long unless you buy out. The sales man was dishonest to make a sale. He also said multiple pests were covered as well as spraying in places such as the attic and those pests are now not listed in whats covered and the person did a very quick spray and not in all areas. When the technician was completed he asked for a review on ****** and wanted me to do that while he was here and watching me do it. He made me feel uncomfortable and pressured into leaving a five star review because he wasnt leaving. I told him I didnt have time to write it in the moment and he finally left. I explained to the sales man my situation and he kept repeating that the payment was every other month and made it seem like the spray was also every other month which turns out its not. Really dishonest business practices.

      Jade and I had the opportunity to talk and I believe it went well. We did go ahead and cancel her with no penalty. I'm not sure where all the miscommunication came in to play but we did not want to leave her with a bad taste. We really want our customers to know that we do value them and we are here to do our best for them. I appreciate that Jade took the time to speak with me.
