      I'm a resident in one of their units, maintenance requests and complaints are never even acknowledged. No management on site to even help. Unable to pay rent on time because they have a new process but it never works. Leaving this review before filing my complaint and request for help from the attorney generals office.

      They have supposedly sent me a refund check of 250$ but it's been a month and I have yet to receive anything.

      I have lived in this complex for almost 2 years and I have to say this has been the worst experience ever living here they are racist and they overcharge you with no explanation as it was a computer error. Do not live here because they will steal all your money as they charge you for things that they should not be charging you for nobody asked you to and when you asked to get it off, they send you a link that does not work. This place is racist. They do not like Black people here, and they treat you like bull c*** here do not live here have my car broken into and they did nothing to prevent anything from happening afterwards nothing at all that is dissed me and thats it. I dont feel safe in this apartment complex, because they have crackheads methods running all over this place, smoking senior with my own eyes a couple times advised them of this, and they do not Again dont live here and I wish I could just make a huge complaint on this place cause its place

      Absolutely the worst, most incompetent, and negligent company I've ever seen. They double charged our entire building utilities and didn't say anything. They charged me $747 to rekey my apartment. They constantly harassed me to the point of locking me out of my apartment when I hadn't given notice yet. The mold was so bad that I LOST MY ABILITY TO WALK. They are the devil. Don't rent from them!!
