  I have had the privilege of working for Evergreen Off Duty for over a year, and my experience has been transformative. Transitioning from military service, I sought a workplace that embodies a strong sense of mission, professionalism, and genuine care for its employees. Evergreen has exceeded those expectations and become a new family for me.The leadership consistently demonstrates understanding and patience, especially regarding my needs as a veteran navigating VA appointments. Their supportive approach emphasizes employee well-being as a top priority. The company is structured on strong principles and professionalism, fostering a culture of brotherhood and mutual support that is invaluable in our line of work.While I recently learned from a fellow candidate about frustrations regarding delays and interruptions during their interview, my own experience was quite different. I found the interview informative and respectful, with clear discussions about starting pay and potential career paths. Although some delays occurred, the commitment to employee development was evident.I also recognize that using a separate app for sharing sensitive data may seem inconvenient, but it reflects a dedication to data security in todays environment.While there are areas for improvement, my overall experience at Evergreen Off Duty has been positive.   I have worked with Mr. ****** more than once and every encounter has been pleasant, professional and productive. These are the three things I value most in a work and business relationship. This is a company you want to contact if you want positive, community-focused security personnel. I dont think the reviews previous to mine reflect anything or any experience with this company that I have had. I say, this company deserves your confidence.

  This company has worked wonders for our mall and my business. Their officers are very professional and helpful. Twice now they have stopped groups breaking glass and stealing from our shops. The whole shopping center feels safer and our cars aren't getting broken into all the time anymore.

  So I had an interview for this company and the *** *** who was doing interviews had me waiting 15 mins past my interview he was very unprofessional. He answered the phone while interviewing 2 people atleast 4 different times through out the interview He also said 23$ an hour is all they offer and that there is no room to grow . After putting down all of our info on paper he made us download signal and give the same info ssn bank info etc instead of copying it . Then he answered the phone again stopping the interview . At this point the interview has gone on for 1hr 10mins and I had another job to get to so I stated that I have to go . He then ended the call and told me that Im free to leave . This place is very unprofessional and understaffed with management . I also recorded the entire incident.

  On 02-06-2024 @ 0210pm/1410 hrs, I was getting ready to enter the property of ************** parking lot located at ****************************************************** when I witnessed and saw from a short distance Evergreen Off Duty was chasing after a white male off property with ski mask while using baton and hitting him in the nuts may have been captured on CCTV by nearby businesses and possibly ************** CCTV. At the time I was near Lander and **** St located near ************** and Amazon Fresh when I saw everything take place. At about 0213/1413 hrs I asked if everything was okay and what just happened the male said This guy just hit me in the nuts for no reason and I didnt know what I did wrong and said he was homeless. Then I went on my way to the property because I had a gift card to shop inside the store and needed something to drink and wanted to use my gift card, minding my own business and Evergreen Off Duty then pointed a taser gun at my chest and saying I saw you talking to him, fearing my safety and putting my life in danger/jeopardy saying I need to speak to your supervisor and said I am a customer legally allowed to shop here and have NEVER had any issues or NO TIME HAVE I EVER been trespassed had actions taken against me by ************** what so ever. After leaving after this unprovoked attack happened and NOT doing anything wrong, I went to the nearby businesses for help for safety reasons and called the Police since being traumatized and in tears.
