    I had the security system installed in my home where there was existing system. The charged me for new controller systems that work with the internet. I live 5 miles outside ******** and the wireless is not always reliable. The initial cost was around $2500 and monthly $45 for 2.2 years For an additional $1170. I called multiple times sharing that it did not work. There were months when it was completely silent then it would begin sending messages and beeping. I asked to cancel. They refused cancellation and I believe they committed fraud. Putting a system in a house that requires dependable internet was negligent. They were told the internet would be an issue. The sent an inexperienced installer and he had to come back to finish the job. At the very least they should have canceled the service. In the 26th month they finally said we can only do it with a letter through and email and we do not have yours. I worked with them on the contract through my email. I do not believe they were honest again. They should not be allowed to be in business.

    I have been trying to get my service canceled since October of 2021, but Willamette Valley Security keeps billing me and will not cancel service. We sold our home in *************** and I called Willamette Valley Security offices 5 times, beginning in October, 2021, during normal business hours and left 3 very thorough voicemails explaining we had sold our home in *********** and needed service canceled effective November 6, 2021. In each voicemail, I requested that someone please call me back to confirm cancellation had been taken care of. I never received a single call back from any of my voicemails. The reason I had to leave voicemails is because nobody ever answers the phone there, during business hours. Ive gone through their phone tree now 8 times (several more times since this began) and there is no option to cancel service or speak to someone about your account or service where you actually get a real person. Ive scoured their website and even took screen shots of it. There is no option or button to click on to go to your account and cancel service. My husband received a call from them in summer of 2022 in an attempt to collect, and he told them ** called repeatedly and left voicemails and even sent a very thorough email to them to cancel. The man he spoke to gave him the correct email address for me to email for cancellation. I sent them another email on 7/20/22 asking for cancellation effective 11/6/21, and an email back confirming cancellation. Ive never received a response. We were customers of this company for over a decade. This has been infuriating. The most recent bill they sent us is now saying we owe $374.25 when we should have received a partial credit back in November of 2021.I want for this account to be closed and the amount due to be wiped away completely. I did all my due diligence to cancel this service in a timely manner, and this company has repeatedly refused to do even the most basic customer service.

    I was overcharged for services provided by this company. They are an alarm monitor service. On or about May 20th I was contacted by a Rep from the billing department and was told that because of a glitch on their end that I had not made a payment since June 2021 and that I owed them $269.40, so I paid them that amount. I found out that I had paid them through the end of calendar year 2021 (I sent them the proof of payment), I only owed them for the first quarter of 2022plus Two months. This amounted to $120.00. I have been trying to get them to reimburse me the $149.00 ever since. They just keep stonewalling me. Please help
