4 minutes ago New I'd give no stars if that was an option. They charged a pro rated rated rate of an extra 300 for 12 hrs even though our car was there less than hr. Under wa state law WAC 204-91A-140, this is not lawful. We will be taking the owner to court and sending this to the BBB. Extremely rude, Extremely racist. The people that work here are unprofessional, disrespectful and the worst type of human beings I've encountered on this earth. Very bad customer service. Even if they towed a car for you I would be worried about their integrity and Liability. I had to worry for my safety working with this company so please never come alone. I'd question every thing when it came to working with this company. Save yourself and turn away. You have to pray for employees like this

My son had parked in a no parking zone atar his apartment complex and was towed at 2am(he parked at 1) he called then at 3am and was told that he would have to come in after they opened or he could pay an extra $100 for early release. I line 60 miles from this location and had to head here after work at 11am. I was charged $650 and it wasnt even there 12 hours. I showed up at 12:01 and they were like come back we are at lunch. I will give this 1 star for 1 employee who was professional and kind. The office women were all very unprofessional one of them said cant you read (their sign on gate said closed for lunch 12-1 and it was 1:05 and she seemed to think it was still within the lunch hour). One of their male employees got into a yelling match with one of my sons and refused to help me until my son left the premises, never mind the fact he was a minor. I have no idea how this place is even in business as they are truly horrible. I am not sure how they are even allowed to operate there really should be regulations for these types of businesses.

The lady who works ther has no customer service. She was very rude and seemed like she couldnt be bothered to answer the questions I had about the fees regarding my vehicle. Its obvious that all they care about is taking your money. What a scam. If I could give Zero stars I would.

Overcharges you for everything, will quote you one price, and charge you another, extremely rude and not delicate with any situation.

Had a one block tow needed out of my parking garage. I had total time flexability, etc. I'm in ******* and they are in ***********. They cried the blues that this was so far.......and they quoted me over $400!!! Is this industry regulated? How can a business want to rip another human in a bad way. $425?? Shame on you!!

Manager is very unprofessional and is more concerned about watching her car on the camera and pressing the alarm if she feels someone is too close to it. Manager yelled and threated not to let me get my car chz my bf was too close to her car which is parked right by the gate entrance. She also threatened not to let me get my car if I called the cops for her yelling at us to get of the property and not allowing her employees to take my payment so I could get my car after I had already signed the papers I needed to.

***************** is horrible. Towing services, has changed for the worse in the past few years. I live in an apartment complex, where we can get folks towed out of our spot, if we provide ID and the Resident Tow Card. Well, it seems to be up to the driver, if they will take the vehicle. I've had two episodes, when I called, showed proof, and they refused to tow. I had to wait for a different driver. A huge inconvenience. This is not why I came to report a complaint today. Last night around 1 or 2am, I come home to a **Haul parked in my stall. There were no visitor spots available, so I called for a ****** hour go by, I call back. Ok, driver re-routed to a state patrol call, understandable. I was told ***** minutes. Another hour goes by, they stop answering. I am parked in someone else's stall, and can possible get towed. This feeling is very uncomfortable, for I have been towed many times, and its costly. Woke up this morning, the **haul is still there. I called 1stop 5 times, no answer. I reached out to my leasing office to inform them, and to assist with getting the **Haul towed. I did a ****** search for 1stop to see if there was an additional contact number, only to see they are closed?? The moral of this story is.. if the clerk would have done her job, I would not feel so disgruntled. I hate dealing with 1stop. Some clerks are nice, and ooh, there are some that are so rude. This complex, need to contract with another towing company!

I left my car unattended at a gas station and got towed. I admit it was my error in the way I handled it. I had no option. It happened on 6/20/22. My tow did go pick up my car after hours. I immediately when to the gas station and tried to talk to the manager. His shift would not start again until morning. In the meantime, I called 1 Stop Services *********************************************** and soon realized I needed to talk to the manager in the morning. On 6/21/22, I spoke to the manager at the gas station, who understood the situation, apologized for the misunderstanding, and tried to correct the mistake. He called me a few hours later, saying that he had spoken to the manager and that I had to go pick up my car before 5 pm, and there would be no charges. Around 11 am, I called 1 Stop and spoke to the attendant. This young lady could benefit from some classes in customer service, kindness, emphaty, and the use of proper wording. Perhaps this is the reason why she has this job. Yesterday she told me that to get my car out, I had to pay ****** dollars plus the storage fee, and after hours, if I planned to pick up my car then. My jaw drops to the floor. Today I saw the **** of ****** dollars plus ***** storage, but I paid ****. Thank you, *****, who spoke to *****, who almost made this a good experience, but it wasn't. Because of the unkindness of this awful human being, another human, one that is kind and in pain, suffered the consequences. Although I got there before her lunch, she would not give me the necessary paperwork to release my car until after 1. It took eleven minutes flat to get them ready. As soon as the manager came, he opened the gate. She finally shut her mouth and did the paperwork to release my car. I wasn't even present when this happened. Insane, all this happened today.
