Lack of transparency, unprofessionalism, pressure, and intimidation came from Accessible Movers, esp Alymov. I booked moving for furnitures, through ****************** for $2000 quoted starting July 31st. ******* did not inform me at all of the involvement with Accessible Movers, represented by driver/************ and manager ******. ****** had another mover, ******. There is already a bed in the bedroom so I asked if that can be put in the loft and my arriving bed be put in its place. In response, ****** asked me "Will you tip him". I felt pressured to tip in order to have my bed set up as I paid for. With two men, both much taller and stronger than me I feared either I wouldn't get the service I paid for, or violence/abuse.This is in addition to the adjustable base not working at delivery, scratched and damaged along sides and corner, missing 2 legs, and desk missing 2 legs. Is in addition to the pressure I felt to immediately pay. He waited to start unloading until at least two pmt-transfers were attempted, seeing that I was attempting to transfer funds in apps in my phone. He was pressuring me, while I was rationalizing about how to better divide among apps with a likelier chance to go through. Additional pressure/unprofessionalism:1. gave on Sun. 24-hour notice of delivery on Mon., expecting cashier's check or money order. Could not get in 0-1 days.2. charge for processing fees in apps 3. said on Sun 8/20 that delivery will be 2-5 PM 8/21st, arrived 5:30 4. Received in mid-Aug. calls from unrecognized leaving msgs that I must pay $489 by ***** for furnitures to move. Found out it was mgr of Accessible Movers, ******; had not been informed by Everest of the involvement of Accessible Movers at all. ******* informed that it's true I must pay $489 for funiture to move; else will take months for furnitures to arrive 5. Pressured me to sign the top sheet of form, removed top sheet before I could write about damaged conditions of furnitures on top sheet of form
