    Returned item over a week ago and was told they would initiate payment within 24 hours to no avail. Their products are not as seen or described. I would never buy from this company ever. I believe the they also sells under another company, **** or something like that. If you decide to buy from them be prepared to get the worst experience ever. Currently disputing via ******.

    Don't order from the company. They sent me a wig that was supposed to be a ***, but was short in the back and long in the front. I sent pictures showing the back was 9 inches and the from 14 inches (mind you I ordered a 16 inch wig). The wig was clearly botched. I can't use it because its a V-part wig and my hair is longer than the shorter pieces. They stopped replying to my messages, so now I have to dispute through my bank.

    Do yourself a favor and run; don't walk from this company. They do not stand by their products. They would rather take your money and not make good on their committments nor will they remedy issues knowing that their products are inferior. I purchased a wig and when it arrived I noticed that the hair was shedding. Little did I know that the hair would come out in clumps when washing. There was noticible clumps of hair in the sink, and on the towel. When I reached out to the company to ask them to return my money they only offered $20.00. I learned a valuable ****** and am working with **************** to force them to return my money. Also...please read the fine print. The have this crazy policy that says that the hair must be returned in the condition it was sent. Well...can't happen if the product is inferior. No matter...I believe in Karma and the universe will repay. Oh...one final thing. They are now selling their wigs on ***********. ****************...run do not walk away from this place. YOU WILL GET BURNED

    I ordered my wig after reading countless reviews on ******* and tik tok. It came quickly and at a reasonable price. However the lace was cut so short it didnt even come to my hairline. Ive sent multiple emails for a easy 30 day refund process and of course have received no response.I usually make it a habit of checking out companies with the BBB before purchasing. But because I was so anxious to receive the wig I neglected to do that this time.I wish I would have checked out this company with the BBB earlier. ****** learned. With a little less money in my pocket Run from this company as quickly as you can.

    This company is not legit still waiting for a refund of ****** and still havent even shipped the wig. I ordered the wig 2 weeks ago give me my money back and keep your wig. This is the worst service ever!

    I really don't see why I have to give this sorry company any stars! So I thought I would try something new and order a wig. The day of so called arrival I receive 3 text messages stating that I have to sign for my wig. 12/01/2023 I received a text message stating my package was delivered. I contacted the *** associate and he stated "Oh, I gave it to a gentleman with a tattoo on his arm and he had a mustache". SIR WHAT?!? It's just my sister and her 13 year old autistic son. I reached out to the company and this was the response "Hi love, Thanks for your reaching out. May I know why you claim that your wig "was delivered to the wrong person" please? This is the waybill address and we will contact for delivery proof asap." I sent screenshots from the *** driver. I sent proof that I never signed for ANYTHING and my messages stating I have to sign for something. 7 days and nothing!! No reply email or anything!! I reached out last night "wish i upload their response". After I ask for an update on their investigation some unprofessional person name ***** send me a link of the delivery I NEVER got and once I asked asked about their so called "investigation" then I get a response it take 3-4 weeks... So my money is ** in the air for 3-4 weeks while they drag their F%*!# feet. I THINK NOT!! My first time ever wanted to wear a wig and they RUINED! it for me!!! I WILL NEVER TRUST OF THESE POS (pieces of s*%!)!!
