    Poor customer service. Wouldn't allow return of boxes that arrived open even though I sent photos of the damaged boxes. They didn't often a reasonable resolution leaving me unable to get the correct lenses.

    called business many times to resolve consistent problems with reshipping of unexpired product of the right eye and not resolved yet. at least 20 calls to this company and still no resolution. now is telling me about expired prescription. do not list on website that lenses can be with in one year of expiration and that is exceptable to them. even know you can not use within that time. AND Even more problems ....
