    On 4/20/24 I purchased a Federal Ordnance rifle on Gun Broker from this business. This rifle was advertised as being in Excellent condition. I mailed a **** money order on 4/21/24. They acknowledge receipt of payment in full on 4/29/24. I received this rifle on 5/9 and upon initial inspection and subsequent follow up detailed inspection, it was determined that this trifle was damaged, structurally unsound and dangerous to shoot. This rifle would have sufficed a catastrophic failure resulting in injury or death. I was trained as an armourer by the Civilian Marksmanship Program and qualified to make this determination. When I contacted the owner, ***********************, to explain the problem and work out a solution on 5/10, the owner, *****, was extremely hostile and aggressive, hanging up on me in less than ******************************************************************************** to work out a solution, twice. I called him, having to leave messages as he would not answer, twice. No response of any kind. I have conducted myself in an acceptable business manner at all times in dealing with this individual. I have photographic evidence of this and can produce legal expert testimony as to the condition of this rifle, at cost to me, if necessary.
